What is Stick Fit Senior Strong?
Stick Fit “Senior Strong” is a special element of the BCI Stick Fit program that has been designed specifically for men and women who are 65 years of age and older.
This 30 minute, easy to learn, low-impact, moderately challenging class, was created by world-renowned martial artist & fitness instructor, Professor Ernie Boggs with the assistance of martial arts Hall of Fame member, Kevin Pickron and Jim Birkle. Mr. Birkle acts as the President and chief instructor for the Senior Strong branch of the BCI Stick Fit program. The exercise routines in this class can be done while standing or sitting making participation possible for everyone.
